Conference Rates are adjusted for country income, as set by the World Bank. View the list here. All rates are listed in $ USD.
For South African Residents we offer the possibility to pay in ZAR locally for physical registrations, to stimulate local attendees. We also offer a 1 day registration, ONLY for local residents at R1500 per day for maximum of 2 days, excluding all social events AND excluding conference on the move. You will be required to provide your South African Identity Number (ID) for any registration in ZAR.
TUFH Members will need to log in to the TUFH Online Community to book their discounted rates! To find out how to become a TUFH member, click here.
Direct Members of Wonca can register through the link provided, any registration will be checked against an active membership. You will need to provide your ID.
Young Health Professional registrations will need to provide proof they have graduated or in residency in the last 5 years.
Student registrations will need to provide proof that they are a current student.
The Post Conference Tour is only available for physical attendees who have a fully paid physical registration. There are ONLY 50 places, and it’s on a first come basis. So the first 50 individuals who pay for post-conference and are eligible will have the places. REGISTRATION CLOSED!
! Anyone presenting at the conference has to be registered by June 30, 2024, to be included in the program for Ubuntu 2024!

By registering for Ubuntu 2024, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions!
Acknowledgment of Registration
Your registration will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your booking, upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment through credit card. All updates regarding the conference will be posted on the conference website: https://ubuntu2024.com/.
Refund Policy
The organizers incurs significant expenses before the event. Therefore we must maintain the following refund policy:
The Organizing Committee will NOT refund any tickets for the Ubuntu 2024 Conference paid for from March 31st, 2024 onwards.
With the exception of participants that have paid a ticket for the physical conference and should receive VISA denials, the conference will be switched to a fully virtual conference. Those participants will be rebooked for the virtual conference and the excess will be refunded or can be donated.
No-shows will not be refunded for any reason. No exceptions.
We do not give credit toward future conferences or other products.
Registrations are fully transferable. Exception: Scholarship registrations that are given to a specific person. To transfer a registration email secretariat@thenetworktufh.org with the following information about the new attendee: first name, last name, email address, country, organization.
Privacy Policy
All relevant delegate details will be stored in a database used by The Network: TUFH to manage the registration process and conference organization. A list of delegate names and contact details will be retained by The Network: TUFH and will be used to send conference-related information. Delegate names and contact details will be supplied to all co-hosts, but will not be passed on or sold to any other organizations. For networking purposes, a delegate list will be provided to all conference delegates.
If you have an accepted abstract, you acknowledge and agree that The Network: TUFH, Wonca, University of the Western Cape, University of Cape Town, Stellenbosch University, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Western Cape Departement of Health & Wellness, the organizing committee of this conference, and sponsors of this conference may edit and publish in any of their digital or printed communications or publications, including but not limited to, websites, social media outlets, newsletters, annual reports, and promotional materials; the information provided including but not limited to the full abstract, your name, co-author information, pictures, and institutions.
Mailing Lists
By registering for Ubuntu 2024, I agree to be added to the mailing lists of The Network: Towards Unity For Health, WONCA Association and Rural WONCA. I can opt out of these mailing lists in any e-mails received.
Delegate Release Agreement
I give my permission for photographs and other images or likenesses, statements whether oral or in writing, audio/ visual recordings (including transcripts) of me to be recorded, copied, edited, adapted, modified, exhibited, and distributed for editorial, trade, advertising and training purposes.
I understand that The Network: TUFH may sublicence these rights for advertising, promotional and educational purposes.
I will not receive any payment or consideration in agreening to this release.
